Yes. VyHub Cloud is a fully managed option starting at 149 € / year, where we host, update, and maintain everything for you. It comes in three tiers (Budget, Plus, and Performance) to fit communities of different sizes. If you prefer full control over your infrastructure, you can also run VyHub yourself with a self-hosted license.

We currently do not offer a free plan. Our goal is to provide a consistent, high-quality experience for all users without limiting features behind paywalls.

All license tiers include the exact same features. The 1-year and 2-year licenses are subscriptions that renew automatically. The Lifetime license is a one-time purchase with no renewals. Longer subscriptions offer a lower effective price per year.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing period. The Lifetime license is a one-time purchase and does not require cancellation.

Yes, you can upgrade from a shorter license to a longer one at any time. When you upgrade, the remaining time of your license will be added onto the new license.

With one license, you can host one copy of VyHub. It is possible to purchase multiple licenses.

Basic support is included with every license and covers community support and standard response times for general questions and issues.

Advanced support provides priority response times, direct assistance from our team, and hands-on help with setup and integration. It can be added for 199 € / year.
