The following right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who purchase VyHub licenses or services from the operator named in the Legal / Imprint.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jakob Müller IT-Services, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-425-425, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany, phone: +49 351 27180618, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the performance of services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
For digital content that is supplied on a one-time basis and not on a physical medium (for example, a Lifetime license), the right of withdrawal expires when the Operator has begun performance, provided that you have expressly consented to the Operator beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and the Operator has provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 312f BGB).
For subscriptions (digital services — for example, 1-year and 2-year licenses and cloud licenses), the right of withdrawal does not expire when performance begins. If you withdraw after having requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you owe pro-rata compensation for the period until the withdrawal, as described above.
